Clunky
Doesn’t fit the screen. There are three permissions at the end but you can only see two on an iPhone and barely see the third on an iPad.

It was difficult to take a photo of my birth certificate because of shadows, so flash would be appreciated.
The world has gone mad
Yet another time wasting and buggy app. Keeps crashing. Keeps failing to connect. Took ages to download. Please can the world go back to doing some things IRL and/or with paper?

Easy and straightforward

I’ve used quite a few of these identity confirmation applications. This one is the worst. It skipped the step enabling camera access and every step thereafter was problematic.
Chip in phone
Can obviously understand how this is a beneficial app. However, the chip in my phone does not work (I cannot do things like Apple Pay) and in this case I cannot scan my passport. Little help with alternative ways.
