Depuis 2 semaines, l’app est bloquée sur iPhone. Même une réinstallation n’a rien changé
Apps doesn’t work with new phone
I have just changed my phone and had to download the app. This version does not work at all. It keeps freezing over and over. Impossible to check my subscription , bills and data used. The new version of My scarlet does not work for me either, as I am considered as an old client. This situation is seriously annoying !

Je kan niks (meer) met deze app. Bevriest op beginscherm. Nieuwe app enkel voor nieuwe klanten, jarenlang trouwe klanten worden volledig in de steek gelaten…

L’application est bloqué on dirait, donc je ne sais même plus surveiller ma consommation, c’est décevant,
