Even after these revisions still as bad as it can be! 1. Always logs the user out this is not a bank app even wallet apps can stay logged in for a while. 2. Pay functions does not save info for next transactions. Tldr This should be a breeze to use not to piss the user off.

The login process is PAINFUL. It’s like no one bothered to do a user test before launching it. It crashes periodically when i try to launch it, then when that’s finally sorted out, i have problems with the password. I have to say i absolutely will never bother using the app again after months of trying to wait for better updates.

And cannot reinstall

I received my e-bill monthly using my gmail Acct. However, when I tried to link your app to auto-login with gmail, the app there a diaglog box displaying the following message “your Google account is not yet registered with our system”. The I tried to use my email and password but the login button of your app is disabled.

Not satisfied. Always auto log off, must manually sign in each time. Waste ppl time. Unlike in the Past. Can view bill anytime without all the Hassle. So Fed up !

I don’t know why I always have the issue of logging in through the app when my password didn’t change at all. No issue logging through the website. Please rectify.

When making payment it just stuck at processing.
