I agree with other users regarding the issues with Bluetooth headsets on both the iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro Max. When making calls, the other party can hear you, but you can't hear them. Additionally, there's no support for hotspot usage on the iPhone. This app needs improvement. If these issues aren't resolved soon by the developer, I'm considering switching my two lines to another carrier.

I can't receive overseas incoming cal via this app while I'm in Sweden. I followed all instructions and activated VolTe but still can't receive any call. Please asvise.

How are users supposed to access dialing menus when there’s no way to access the keypad during the call?

I had contact email and fb message, hope here the developer would help. If I am using Simba voice app in oversea, can I use WiFi? As outgoing call no problem. I have problem in incoming call. All everyone can’t reach me. I had reinstall and restart set but still the same.

Hi SIMBA, This is a serious matter. As for a delivery rider we use our call function a lot. It’s very hard and difficult for us rider to answer a call while riding when this apps doesn’t support Bluetooth headset. Each time we need to call someone. Literally we need to remove our helmets and answer the call. It very2 tedious.. This app is suppose to make our life easy not difficult. So please have the Bluetooth headset enabled and I’ll give you guys five star .. As off right now . I’m sorry one star… Please think of us delivery rider who on the road most of the time and when customer call us how are we gonna answer the call if this app doesn’t support Bluetooth headset.. Please do something about it

Was abit skeptical it couldn’t work, I’m based in Germany and needed to make a call and it works as intended :)

Tried calling to Malaysia. Just dialed and no dial tone heard, the call was just hung up. No explanations whatsoever. At least give your customers the basic error message so we can troubleshoot. No error messages, I don’t even know how to tell your staff what’s going on. Where can I begin? I don’t know. Not asking for a quick fix, just asking for basic error messages will be good start :D

I hope TPG can resolve this issue and allow us to use the existing phone app to make phone calls instead. It's really difficult to make phone calls if the app isn't working, and if I'm connected to wifi even though 3g is turned on, the phone will abruptly hang up due to the wifi issue. If this isn't an issue, I'd give it 5 stars.
