My Smart Thermostat

Unfortunately the scheduler on this app does not work, so temp control and on/off have to be controlled manually. Tried to get customer service but they were unable to help

The app is logical and quite easy to use. However, not all of it works with apples VoiceOver, the screen reader, technology for blind people.

Well it used to work fine. However it kicked me out of the app and now says that I don’t exist as a user anymore and can’t do anything with it. App support button goes to a dead link?

Does the job as well as more expensive smart thermostats. We use ours mostly remotely over the internet to control temperature at our holiday home. No issue

I dropped my first unit and its brain got mixed up. The suppliers offer to replace free of charge, and I purchased a spare. Installed and operating faultless!

The one area of frustration is that there is no facility to reset the clock. Very time the power goes off the clock on the device has to be set manually as is not retained in memory. If we are away and there is a short outage, all the settings become wrong.

Very easy to use, and very robust, never gave me any trouble, been using it with 2 phones from last 1 year. Have bought 4 more for other relatives .

Works great. Love the new feature on the update which shows the flame (boiler on). Could do with being less sensitive as selecting up or down a degree is too coarse using the wheel with a finger. Max temp is too high and min temp is too low. Most people are going to set their temp around by the 20 degrees so the scale range should be less or perhaps add an up and down arrows as well for fine temp adjustment.

Had this in place for 6 months now not a single issue works perfect
