Good app but long time to activate

It seemed easy but the feedback mechanism for updating the cable modem needs some improvements. I was not even sure if it was going in the right direction and if my connection was activating. Took me several minutes > 10 mins.

Too many severe bugs:

- there is no option to provide feedback, so I have to do that here - my bill is 49.99 usd, but when clicking on make payment, full bill amount, it says 4,999.00 usd. There is clearly a mismatch of colons and dots, I have a Swiss region iPhone. - when manually entering the correct amount, selecting my checking account and click on Pay, it says payment not successful, please call us. Clearly a bug. Not useful.
