Poor Service Provider
STC’s service quality has drastically declined over time. What was once an excellent customer service experience has now become one of the worst. Since outsourcing most of their services, there’s no real customer support anymore, and resolving issues has become nearly impossible. The lack of accountability and care for customers is disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and efficient support.
Buggy at the end of the month
Every end of the month… the app decides not to work. I’m not entirely sure what the reason is but it’s consistently happening between the 26-3 every month where it keeps asking you to refresh and nothing works fine.

Very poor service and cheated with contracts
Not recommended for new users because the contract gets terminated very quickly and charge very high and abnormal prices.big cheaters.
