Never ever thought of worst service for post paid customers. Cannot pay through APPLE pay, credit card payments have intermittent connection issues!!!! To get a customer service agent take hours and hours OMG!!!!!

I bought the sim thought it will be having the best network but was wrong got the worst network in kuwait only taking money which is of no use waste investment in terms of network & specially their technical team worst customer support ever just asking useless and baseless questions to waste customer time they don’t reply or respond u back to your complaint. Worst worst worst !!!!! Every network only says reconnection in every single min the network goes and comes back n direct converts feom 5g to E which is 2g like seriously is this the support that we get from a company like this who is taking money n giving worst service to customer & mainly it doesn’t support whats app calling every single sec it will show reconnecting or find a new network place unstable network like worst every service!!!!!!!!! WORST!!!!!

I lost my sim 2 months before and I approach multiple stc customer service center for issue duplicate sim but even after 2 months they are not able to issue the duplicate sim because of their system change…I feel petty on Stc because being a biggest service provider and can’t solve a simple issue since 2 months means they don’t have an efficient system I think..I don’t know how stc become the bigest service provider in middle east…🙊🙊

After so many updates but then also app is not working properly.

App is not updating,it keeps on circling, what a waste

App not working properly, not able to recharge

Application is not useful for anything, can see my account information lagging.

Dont buy anything through app, there are so many technical issues while processing the order. Even if you somehow able to process the order, there will be delay in delivery and then there is no support from customer support because we have ordered through app. Plus the processing time of any order via app is very long- the biggest mistake of using stc app. Its better to visit store, they will help you immediately. App is provided with the intention of making customer life easy, but it has opposite impact, making the life of customer hell.

stc company need to bring some new updates so that can give fast service and whatever bugs are fixed because it slows down day by day it is very difficult to use hope you will listen to me Otherwise STC can understand 5 out of 2.4 star 😕

Location Farwaniya block 3 I’m leaving stc because poor network in farwaniya block 3. This is why people not prefer stc. If you will not open your eyes still more customers in the line to leave your service.
