My Straight Talk: Mobile App

Just errors over and over. Waste of time.

We (my girlfriend and I) both purchased Silver plan, but we cannot connect our devices (iphone 12) when it’s supposed to be compatible. We call the support line, they told us our provider in Canada is not covered by them so our purchases are useless. Can’t refund us, walmart won’t refund us. Straight Talk suggests us to buy a phone from them, when our trip is 7 days in the US. Or to sell the cards to somebody that will use them, we don’t know anybody in the US

We are from Canada with very high phone costs, this is so easy once it is originally set up. Had trouble with that but I am not very Technical. Will use next time in US.

App never loads my information

App you to be decent now they changed the ui, dashboard has no useful features now, can’t login even though your already logged in, it want you too. Not able to rename an #, not able to see what each line is costing per month! This was in previous versions.

Using Face ID cannot log in. Requires password then locks you out as a security risk making you reset password. Beyond frustrating others have same problem please fix.

The most garbage app that makes no sense and doesn’t let you do anything you want to do or check. Legit some idiot made this app

There is so many things wrong with this app. To start, if you use FaceID, even if your face is confirmed, 9/10 times the app will just do nothing, forcing you to enter your password. AND, on occasion, the app will kick you out after you sign in, and give you a “security risk” error, and if you try logging back in, or closing the app and logging back in, it’ll give you the same error, putting you in an annoying loop for a few minutes. I’ve also been TRIPLE charged before BECAUSE of this apps awful coding. Setting up Autopay on the app also just doesn’t work most of the time, and will refuse to reactivate your service. This app is genuinely a UI NIGHTMARE, I refuse to believe that this app WASN’T made by a middle school kid, it is genuinely the WORST app I’ve ever used
