any refresh or page change, button clicks, take many seconds to load, please fix your api response time and benchmark your db query time

Password & username not working
This app has had multiple issues. Worked for me only once. The next time I tried to log in, neither password nor username worked. I then tried to reset both by using the “I forgot my… “ options, and both returned “Does not match our records” when I inputted my security info. I will now have to go through the inconvenience of phone line or through my agent, which takes many days. The one time I used the app, the features were not user friendly nor intuitive. Needs a whole rethink. Really disappointing.
