Mitt Telenor app gives you full control of your private mobile subscriptions.
Among other things, you can do the following in our app:
- Log in with BankID or Telenor ID
- View your invoices and costs and pay invoices with Swish
- Everything that has to do with surf: change the quantity, set surf limit and buy extra
- See partial payment and when you can change mobile with Telenor Change
- Manage services, such as voicemail, Trygg 48 and Surfa Säkert
- Order a new sim card and e-sim
- See subscription information

Bra men…
Bra översikt på dina nummer och data. Men varje gång jag vill lägga till extra surf utomlands så kraschar den.
Appen går ej logga in på mina sidor med BankID den står bara o tänker fixa genast tack

Fungerar inte
Jag kan inte logga in med bank-id. Även om jag loggar in med mitt mejl, då sidan bara laddar och det har varit länge så. Fixa nu!

Av olika skäl är mitt BankID SPÄRRAT. Ni får skicka infon med vanlig post. Kjell-Ingvar Karlsson Målaregränd 7 31250 Vallberga Kan dere ikke lese??? huh Ser ingen skillnad.
Fungerar ej.
Appen har alltid varit långsam, men nu går den ej att använda längre. Det bara står och laddar.
Inlogg funkar ej - igen
Testas appen innan den körs ut? Det står fortfarande bara och snurrar. Går varken att logga in med bank-id eller telenor-id.

Går inte att logga in. Står bara och tuggar…
Går inte att logga in med bank-id
Har helt slutat fungera att logga in med bank-id. Ser många andra med samma problem. Men uppenbarligen tror telenor att det ska lösa sig genom att ringa in och sitta i telefonkö istället. Testa att fixa appen istället tack.
