Everytime we open the game it says «loading…» and nothing happens. Why does this happen? We have tried to close app and reopen.

Great game, but needs some work.
I’m obsessed with this game and love it, but it is so boring when you see all the same stuff over and over again! Please fix this and EVERYONE will be happier. Another thing I want to say is these stupid adds just keep popping up and it is so annoying! One more thing, I NEED all the characters and clothing or I just can’t play! Thanks!
App won’t Load
I love these apps for my kids. However, recently the app will open but it won’t load, closing the app.. I’ve tried seeing if the app needs an update (it doesn’t), updated our device and even turned off the device and no luck .. hoping they fix it soon
Found a glitch
The Little girl always disappears when I open this game. So I have to bring her in from another game
