Downloaded new app - will not allow me to enter my telephone number
We’ve used this app for ages and have amassed many unused loyalty points. Our waiter recommended refreshing the app after the latest update this week. We couldn’t access the new version with our telephone number - it says ‘error in format’. We have deleted and reinstalled several times - all with the same issue. Looks like the updated app is as buggy as the last one.
No response to queries
It claims 24-48hrs for rewards to be added Still sitting pending since last Friday!!
Poor application
Doesn’t show all of the picture and wording or all of the text on my iPod or Samsung S22 phone. Next to useless.
Too complicated for it’s own good
Despite inputting all of my contact details initially and ticking numerous vague boxes the app then asks me to input it all again on a slightly different formatted page before not accepting my email address. Gave up and will book a restaurant elsewhere as it’s just too hard on this app and life is too short.

Don’t see any issues . Put your country code and accepts number straight away Simple to use . Great restaurants btw!!
Seems on a loop after scanning receipt🤷🏻♀️
Downloaded for our recent trip. Ate at two restaurants which I booked via FB. Scanned receipts and appears to register then goes into a loop of loading…already scanned…loading. Hopefully will retain points for our next visit to Tenerife!
