My Wash App

Saw reviews from 2 years ago on here, it’s evident your team isn’t ready to improve this app. Several times I’ve complained to your representative about this app. You can’t request pickup easily, it keeps glitching. Requesting delivery is another thing, it never works. All these reviews here, yet no improvement all these years. Do better.

If you’re not going to upgrade your app then stop telling people to use it. You claim booking a wash on the app is cheaper but how am I supposed to do that when there’s no feature for that?

Rather than put out an app that isn’t efficient, you could have just stuck with people walking into your outlets. Your app has way too many bugs and it’s so embarrassing. Build a better or employ QA to find bugs and fix them. Adding card is so stressful, even after successfully adding one you can’t proceed to make payment on the app(which is supposed to be cheaper), and requesting delivery is impossible. The error messages displayed make no sense at all. A terrible platform I must say

Unable to add cards.. I’ve tried multiple cards multiple times.

I tried to sign in and it keeps telling me my email and number had been used already but I haven’t used this app before.

Adding a new card is impossible. It’s like they prefer that you pay cash so you’ll pay a higher rate. I’ve tried over 7 times to add a new card, It’s so annoying & for the first time I’m searching google other laundromats in lekki

This app is very useless…imagine I was able to send out cloth to wash but can’t get my clothes back like o really don’t get I was told to retry of which I did and their customer service couldn’t even check back to see if I’m good now . To cut the long story short I tried troubleshooting by re installing the app now rest password isn’t working PLS DON’T DOWNLOAD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The integration with Google maps is not working and that’s the only way to put in your pick up address. It makes no sense. I do not recommend.

This app is not user friendly and doesn’t even have a guide, it’s useless

This application is terrible. It’s not user friendly and adding cards is a nightmare.
