فجاءه التطبيق معدش بيشتغل ميت مره قولنا طول ماهيا ماشيه ماتلعبش ف الاعدادات .

مع التحديثات الاخيره التطبيق كل شويه يظهر رساله غير متصل بالانترنت مع ان النت شغال والتطبيقات التانيه شغاله الا هو

اسوأ تطبيق ممكن ان تتعامل معاه ولايليق بشركه مثل شركه we وان استمر علي هذا المنوال سوف الغي الخطوط الارضيه واستخدم النت اللاسلكي

الفاتورة
يعني انا عاوز ادفع فاتورة الهاتف الارضي ليه لازم اسجل دخول برقم موبايل من وي انا فودافون طيب و عاوز ادفع الفاتورة بتاعتي ادفعها ازاي و انتم مشترطين التسجيل بخط وي !!!!!!
Useless and exhausting
- waiting in chat room to speak to a human and accidentally leaving erases the chat - chat host our should be saved for continence and proof - chat pot doesn’t understand well and useless - customer service workers don’t communicate in English well - landline bill paying doesn’t show amount due/ paid - paying landline withdraws money from bank account but isn’t registered on the app - confusing user interface focused only on selling products or paying with no info on transactions and no history of payed transactions

Telecom Egypt استهلاك اليوم ٥ جيجا من الضهر كلمت خدمة العملاء وبعد مداولات انا اللي غلطان ما علينا عملت باقه تانية حوالي ٣جيجا ونص وقفلت كل التحديثات بعدها بنص ساعه يا مؤمن يقولي استهلاك ٨٠٪ ،، ٢ جيجا طاروا واكلم خدمة العملاء يقولي حضرتك سايب البيانات مفتوحة انا خطي جديد بس وعد مني لا هشحنه وهغير الشركة المحترمة دي
