I test a lot of Apps like this and can say that this one is very nice, the best, the easiest to use. There are still space for improvement which will attract even more people but its already great. I am several years already with this app. Main benefit for mi that it is easy, no millions of functions which just make mess and on the other hand it has very good export function where you can see all texts and photos in a small format, not on full page each photo as it is in almost all others apps. I would improve sync function as often on my mobile I can list the notes but I find them in desktop app. thank you for great app and I hope we can see more improvements soon!

Lo que mas me gusta de esta app es que puedes escribir en cualquier dispositivo que tenga la aplicación y aparece todo lo que has escrito, sin importar en cual haya sido, es como tener realmente un diario de verdad que tiene continuidad, es precisamente lo que buscaba. Además es sencilla y fácil de usar.

I love this app and have been using it for at least seven years now. My only wish is for it to allow you to skip ahead in posted videos. Also, to allow you to rotate videos. Perhaps in a later update?

I don’t write reviews usually but—in my opinion, this app deserves some public commendation. TEN YEARS I’ve been using this app now; I just checked. (Strangely, to the month! So call this my ‘decade anniversary’ review.) I always just used it on my phone—back in the day they were still working on coding technology for syncing so I would’ve had to buy it again for my iPad, and I wasn’t messing with that—but it never mattered because having it in one place was all I needed. It’s always been simple and worked perfectly, and been incredibly useful. There’s a feature on iPhone where the entries you visit most often gain an extra-crinkly sound when you click on them, emanating an older, used-paper effect like a physical journal in a favorite spot. It’s extra, small and thoughtful details like that which attracted me from the get, and kept me coming back all these years. The developers deserve kudos for not abandoning this app over time, and instead, kept it alive and improved it to thrive! I’m writing this on my iPad after adding the app here finally; in less than a few minutes I was looking at my entire ‘catalogue’ on the screen, populating itself without me even asking for it. In other words: the app in entirety works seamlessly, including especially the iCloud backup function. At times in the last decade there were gaps in my usage, sometimes a year maybe, and I used to be afraid my stuff would be gone … but it never was! Not even once. TLDR: In summary—this is the ONE. Get this app. I’ve had it since 2014 and it’s always stayed dependable, simple, useful… and it’s hard to improve on perfection but they did it—over the years—but without overdoing it. It syncs perfectly so you’ll never lose your stuff, you can attach endless pictures to each day if you want, and seeing your mood patterns as an overview can be really helpful and insightful. I have been using this app for a few years now but I just noticed that all my entries except few recent ones disappeared and I have no idea what happened to them. I have no idea how to retrieve them either. It would be nice to have someone from this team to talk to.

Sometimes I journal on my phone. Some other times, I like to do it on my laptop. This app synchronizes and works well with both. I have been using it for a long time and trust its privacy. It is not intrusive. I appreciate that. Privacy is important, especially for a journaling app.
