My Zone Controller

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, I find myself repeatedly refreshing the connection or even close down the app and restart multiple times for it to initialise and connect to the controller system - after failing for 3-5 minutes only to walk to the other end of the house and use the wall co troller. I have never been able to use the worldwide connection even though I am registered to do so. This app is outdated, slow and only works intermittently. Considering the cost of the myzone 3 system and installation I would have hoped for better quality app, with perhaps connection troubleshooting or in app support. Overall very poor.

Can’t even login to the world wide login for remote access Have asked for help with no response on multiple occasions

This app is ok. Let’s me do most of what I want. It’s very dated though and doesn’t look to be getting much support. Would be great if I didn’t have to click through so many screens to get to my zones. Would be really great if it was available in the shortcuts app. I hope they give this app some attention or open up the myzone to third parties to allow others to make apps with some more functionality. HomeKit compatibly would be really great.

This App is counter intuitive and awkward to use, I haven’t been able to edit underlying schedules with it and it’s too easy to inadvertently alter settings or switch preset zone combinations without seeing an overall summary.

There is a “world wide” button but no where to register? Can find any support, can anyone assist?

I’m finding this app to be slow, clunky, unintuitive and outdated. It works in its most basic sense but needs a lot of work. Things like the “beep” noise it makes on every tap can’t be turned off, the world wide access requires a login screen every time I access it even though I've selected remember me. I can’t set favourites from the app and I can’t see current room temperatures. Adding support for dark mode would also be great to add.

Absolute garbage, logs you out, doesn’t accept your password and doesn’t allow you any option to reset it.

I cant seem to get mine to work when outside of wifi zone. The app works fine but it doesn’t adjust or turn on/off anything from home

For some reason via the app you can’t see the “actual temperature” for each zone. You would think if the information is on the touchscreen you could see it on the app. Would be a great upgrade for the app!
