Weak signal at my area

Hello ! It has been so long that the Zong networks became so weak and specially the internet is not working even good , I hope you solve this problem Thanks Regards

Not getting activation code

I have been trying to activate my Zong app on my iOS device, it says that I have to enter 6 digit pin which I should have received through SMS which I have not received. I have tried multiple times but not receiving any SMS. Please fix this.

Internet and App Issue

For the internet speed i will just say that PTCL internet is far better than Zong. And for the app the app is too slow and not working from last 24 hours.

Very poor internet speed

Very poor internet speed and worst specially when roaming around the Saddar Peshawar Cantt Areas.

Bekar service and company

Bakwas or sabse kamzor chor company zong hi hai mera monthly pkg activate karte hi kha gaya

Isn't moving to Next step

After reinstall the app after entering the mobile number app is not working and not going to the next step where you can enter the code

Not good app

Its so basic & sometimes it has error when open ...very bad app

Speed and Interruptions

From 4G I expect fast speed with no interruptions but most of the times it’s not like that

Bad functionality app

After a long time they modified the app and come up with new interface. But functionally is still zero. I can’t believe the company calming the biggest data network in Pakistan has released the untested version of app. Where the data connectivity at the slowest side and even some end point not even configured. Again poor deveoper team come up with zero integrity of application. And sadly PTA has no check on the company credibility and poor services.

Pretty f* up service

Overall very bad service,they are robbing people or there system f*up, balance protect service is hocks. As soon electricity load shading starts, no network after 20minutes. We are experiencing this at khanpur(multan). They subscribe old packages which you don’t use anymore, Example: WhatsApp Rs:50 if you are using Rs300 weekly package, do you need f* WhatsApp package? Either they need donations like our government or they love to robe common man. Overall they provide f*up service by not maintaining their cellphone towers.
