I can’t reset my password

I am not sure why my app was suddenly logged out, but even when I tried to create a new password, the system kept saying, "Please enter password correctly." Password required at least 8 alphanumeric characters with at least 1 uppercase“. I followed the instructions exactly, but it still failed. Please correct your syntax.

Please upgrade the app, can’t even reset my password. Even though met the alpha-numeric requirements but still showing the error “password not valid” Have tried multiple times still the same. The app will auto logged out and unable to login back again after that. Please enhance the app else please don’t promote the app again. Waste of time only.

Been trying to register, however i did not receive any otp~

Couldn’t open this app while I want to scan my member most of the time. While I try to open other app at the same time can.

I guess your app is not ready to use. Please remove the app. The create password is damn suck.

Pls fix your apps, try setup password many times. Cannot register even had fulfilled the criteria.

Just fire your dev, clearly incompetent. Already alot of people since april till this date, complaining about the password recovery issue, not reading a proper Alphanumeric password. How long need to fix a simple validation check that is preventing us to send to the server. Make it so difficult, there’s a reason this app is 2’star. It’s barely functional.
