Apa enth 7e ni sebelum ni okay jaa tiba-ii apps log out sendiri lepas tu dh masuk password yg mcm dia nak pun tk boleh jgak nak renew password pon tk boleh . Tk faham aku, tahu laa point aku bnyk 🙄 bagi 1 star jaa , selagi app aku tk boleh nk log in. Nk 8 huruf dh buat , nk 1 huruf besar pun dh . Nak apa!! nak apa!! lenkali buat yg mudah ,menyusahkan ja . Marah sbb point aku bersepah dlm tu

Why can't I register an account? There is a problem with the app. Fix it ASAP! Otherwise how can users use your app?

It keep asking me to enter an alphanumeric password and still wont accept my password. I even make a supperlong password and did not accept.

Tried to reset password. even though my pw fulfill criteria of 8 alphanumeric with at least 1 uppercase still show error pw nt accepted. Managed to key in a super long pw then when i tried to proceed app tells me acct deactivated and need to call customer support. It is just a 7e app and why do i need to call customer support to reactivate. So ridiculous

Even though met the alpha-numeric requirements but still showing the error “password not valid” Have tried multiple times still the same. The app will auto logged out and unable to login back again after that. Please enhance the app else please don’t promote the app again. Waste of time only.

Don’t waste time downloading the app. Most of the voucher is not usable. Launch voucher with 1-2weeks timeline but after 1-2days will say fully redeemed when the shop still have stock.

Why password not support special characters? i see alot reviews about password not accepting stuck at registration. Why only allow Alphabumeric and one upper case? If u want ppl put upper case might as well allow symbol la. Nowadays most app paksa u pakai symbol for more stronger security tapi u pnye developer terbalik pulak.

New user cannot key in password even when the password already has 8 alphanumerical

I have earned reward by collecting 6 stamps yet tried to redeem in outlet, POS show code not recognize and then not able to use the reward coupon. Tried a few outlet also same result. If this reward is not registered why you allow people to collect stamps to get reward then in the end the reward is not valid?

error voucher not registered since few week and not been solved . buy 6 free 1 voucher will expired due this system issue
