The app used to work fine but recently tried to use it a couple of times recently and the navigation is terrible. Picked a brand or discipline and then you can’t pick another thing without closing the app and starting again. The website is ok but the app is not
App works , pay options limited, no Apple Pay
As a previous person has said the app is very limited and you have to use the website.
The pay options are limited just to card number entry so you can’t even pay with Apple Pay or PayPal or another means.

Amazed that your shop in Wroxham does not open until 9.30 Mon to Weds.,is this an ongoing thing.
Tried to get 2 umbrellas the same at Aylsham Road,only one in stock.

Great Idea if it Worked
Great intentions. App to make life easier and identify MyAd discounts is just what I need.
Unfortunately we have an app that’s a nightmare to use, it’s full of glitches and 9/10 simply doesn’t work so u have to make purchases via the online store instead.
Awful App
Where do I start.
1. It feels invasive by asking you to turn Bluetooth on
2. It feels invasive by requiring me to add my credit card details
3. It asks me to fill in all my details twice, one for delivery address and then again for my billing address. No option to copy.
4. It just leaves me with a HARD SELL type vibe. It’s a hobby for heavens sake . Deleted forever.

Unable to sign in
I’m having a continuous problem with signing in, I type in my login and password and then I’m met with a blank screen, until I click on something else and then go back to the barcode page and then it tells me to log in again. Which again I’m met with a blank page.
Using this app is like pissing against the wind….
The use the app to make an order was an absolute nightmare
My personal details, email & addresses are repeatedly deleted and are a PitA to enter each time I want to look at my recent order
It’s buggy and often crashes,
It crashes every time I try to re-enter the details it deletes which is need to purchase and add to the cart…
My advice would be to just add stuff to the wish list and use that as a reference when you’re on the website…
But on the other hand, one stuff is in the wish list you can’t tap on it for details… or just shop elsewhere 🤷🏻♂️
Needs work
Nice to have an app however whenever I come to pay it always comes up with an internal error message so I have to log on to the website anyway and biometrics would be nice or just keep us logged in
