Why this app exist?
When send a chat message to CS, its not even sent & displayed. every button leads to error page. do you even test this? do you even design this? waste of time. terrible

apps gabisa change account
stupid application. even already add new member polis, we can’t change the account. very stupid apps and there’s no update from developer. very poor

Tolong perbaiki dari plan dan sistem anda, sering banyak problem bagian limit dan rekanan anda
Klaim
Klaim sangat lambat dan ribet. Dokumen selalu kurang lengkap bahkan penyelesaian lambat sekali… harusnya pihak asuransi bisa langsung tlp ke yg klaim atau dokter yg menangani jika kurang yakin… no SK kurang jelas, krn sy minta ulang ke dokter dan dokter agak kesal jd sy langsung dikasi ft SK nya. Tapi prosesnya tetap lama…

Cuma bisa diinstal tp ga bisa masuk. Sebatas loading, dituunggu 15 menit ga disuruh masuk. Ya sudahlah uninstal dulu biar ga banyak makan memori
