Failed Google capta error when try to merge my aeon wallet. Very disappointed!

This app is terrible, and their shady service makes me feel completely scammed. I’ve shopped with Aeon2go three times, and every single time, they’ve failed to deliver items I paid for without notifying me. I had to chase them down to even find out, and they still haven’t refunded me for all the missing items. It’s unbelievable that such a major brand could provide this kind of customer service—it’s a complete joke!

Setiap kali nak order tengah pilih apps dia akan stop dan keluar sendiri. Tolong ya fix it! Penat la balik-balik kena buka tengah order dia log out.

I already reset my password but can’t login by showing the credentials provided don’t match our record, and if I create new account, it said account already exists. Can you guys fix this problem. I already reset 3 times already ad still can’t login.

Comapred to Jaya Grocer. AEON doesn’t explicitly state if the food is halal. I accidentally bought a non halal gochujang. I never expected that AEON also provide non halal gochujang so i feel quite surprised. I hope your team will fix this and maybe separate non halal section.

Always out of stock. 10/10 order all also items missing. Sometime up to 50% of the order no stock. When they first started someone will WhatsApp you give you choices to change. Now they just cancel and refund store credit, then you shop again and it happens again. It’s like a never ending cycle so you will be stuck with store credit forever. Only in Malaysia something so good created can be spoilt by bad management. Is it so hard to hire 1 guy per outlet to fully 100% focus on stock updating for your e-commerce store? I’m 100% online shopper but no more aeon online shopping for me! Banned!!

Always order from app becoz lazy go shopping mall, but always send the correct item but in different gram! I order big then come with small , and call Careline then promised the date and time then if you don’t follow up on the same date, trust me you will never get back what you want, but you already paid extra money, I don’t how they train their staff, but for sure better don’t lazy la, if lazy sure paid extra money get wrong item one, 100% wrong item
