It take a century to down load resources before we could scan the IC. Now proceed to resources 15, about 10 minutes, no clue what will happen next. Seriously?

Scanning for ic can take too long for resources to be downloaded. Scanning boarding pass really depends on your luck and after everything works, you’ll get subject operation failed on so many times. At the gate it doesn’t make much difference if you’re queuing or not because the security delays everything although you’re flying business class.

One word can describe it all. Rubbish. The apps created a professional engineer map to common customer to look for the food. The apps is not updating, even you were luckily understood the map, when you walked so far to place, oh yes, the restaurant changed to another brand. One departure hall only four dining place already so bad, some more the apps so bad.

I hope in future you can put the aircraft registration for passenger see what aircraft they fly . And easy for our worker to see it to . Thank youu if you can make it .

I was at PEN waiting to board a plane. The notification track alerts me the gate is open at KLIA2. Another one was when searching for a flight, the refresh didn't work. Hope you improve it as soon as possible.

EZPaz worked in December 2023 but on 4 different trips in Jan-Mar 2024, always getting stuck at “matching biometrics”. What’s the point of having ezPaz when the app doesn’t work and the kiosks are no where near the international departures

Keep apps crash! Once open it keeps on the white screen

I have keyed in all the necessary details and the app says I did not fill in all. I email and chat and informed them, they wrote back and said nothing is wrong. They says in didn’t follow the instructions. It’s been 10 times I filled in and it still says invalid completion.

System says PLEASE FILL IN VALID VALUES when I’ve filled in everything and use long password which includes all the required.

I’m a stern user of apps to make life easier but I was able to key in the verification code and press submit. If such an important part of the app isn’t working properly I can only imagine the rest. I strongly suggest to give the app a proper overhaul and then relaunch it. I see no one using the Ezpaz gate in the airport which is a clear sign of a poor app.
