Have a lovely time

First day and afternoon tea then dinner was faultless. Staff were welcoming, attentive but discreet.

We haven’t joined our cruise yet. However the functionality and interaction built into this app already has me excited about managing and detailing our trip, both day to day as we travel and also the ability to keep our family updated on progress and photos from our excursions. Plus I’m adding all my digital documents, keeping everything in one place.

We have been before and it is still amazing. The staff are incredible, the food out of this world, I can’t speak highly enough of the whole company. Will be booking again soon. Thank you

Too many missteps on the part of staff. Misinformation on getting to the ship. Halloween decorations stored in our clothes closet. Had to call to get the boxes removed. There was a big storage box under my bed. I couldn’t put my suitcase there. Another call to have it removed. Asked for help to move the bed and plug in my Res Med sleep machine. It was done but I never turned on the machine to test it. I turned it on when I went to bed. It didn’t work. Got a different adapter this morning and it now works. I didn’t sleep a wink last night. I hope this is the last of these curve balls.

AMA Prague visit and Danube cruise has been 5 star so far. Great food, drink, and land excursions are interesting and fun. The tour guides are very informative with a good sense of humor. View from the boat is sensational. It has been a blast and I hope it continues.
