Tryna schedule a new workout? The app will shut down? Trying to set a time to workout? The app will shut down…. The app shuts down FOR ANYTHING. I have to literally pay the trainer I’m following to do the same workout over and over because if I try to move to a different workout… The APP SHUTS DOWN!!! If you are a trainer and have customers (like me) don’t use this app. There are better ones that won’t drive your clients insane!
The app is pretty great. I love how user friendly it is. I just wish it had the option to switch between home and gym workouts WITHOUT loosing your progress and having to start over.
I enjoy the app most of the time, and love all of the workout options that are available. However, it sometimes freezes in the middle of my workout and I can’t see the upcoming exercises to complete. Right now, it’s been frozen on a blank white screen for over 24 hours and I can’t access the workout routine that I’m paying for…which is very frustrating!
I enrolled for a trial subscription from an influencer on Tik Tok. I decided not to use it and have contacted support several times to cancel my subscription and still have no resolution to my issue. Each time I am directed to cancel in the app; however, I never received an email link to setup in account for the app. In addition, there is no option in the app to register - you can only login. Of course, they have no problem charging and sending me a monthly receipt to my email.
I've used the app before and had minimal issues but now that I'm having MAJOR issues I'm NOT receiving any help. I've paid for a subscription and don't have access to the app. I read some of the reviews and it seems like the app experiences a lot of issues. I was looking FWD to using the app but at this point a refund will suffice. Somebody please reach out and HELP CUSTOMERS!
Started a training regimen and I was supposed to upload progress photos. That function in the app is broken, can’t upload anything.
I wish the app was easier to adjust workout schedule to fit individual needs
I haven’t even gotten a chance to use the app. I haven’t been able to login. I reached out a few times, no one has responded. I’ve been charged, but can’t use the app. Not cool.
I joined this app with Korpo about a year ago and when I tell you, I’m so in love with my results. This app is definitely worth it!!
