Username and password section is missing
The log in portion of the app is now into the top of the page and UNACCESSIBLE. Need to fix so can use. Thank you.
Update cause the app to stopped working, can’t login, log in screen is not working
After the update from 12/17/24, you can’t scroll up to the top to be able to sign in so therefore the app is unusable.
This app will work wonderfully for a moment, but then all the sudden when logging in the Face ID feature does NOT work. And then the nightmare of trying to change your password is absolutely infuriating. The Face ID feature just randomly disappears. Then when trying to change password it kept saying wrong password even though I changed it to a new one? So frustrating.
Stop allowing the schedule of lab appointments without a doctor or RN. After going to the facility Labs are not allowing without a doctor appointment. It’s a waste of trip.
I’m sitting here with a likely sinus infection and a baby screaming in the background, and I tried to get in line an urgent care video visit. When I hit Submit, it said there was an error and couldn’t handle my request.
App has been consistently buggy for the last 3 months at least. First it just wasn’t letting me access billing so I could pay, now I can’t even schedule appointment.
This app used to be great for communication with my medical team, making appointments, paying my bill, etc. The newest update integrated Carolina Care pharmacy services into the app and has completely wrecked the medication management section. You are no longer able to message your provider directly about medication refills. The app sends you to the Medication section of the app immediately. But if your prescription has no refills, that medication is locked so that you cannot send the pharmacy a message asking them to contact the physician, either. The app instructs you to contact your pharmacy. The problem is that Atrium forces us to use our mail order pharmacy. So the pharmacy is suddenly bombarded with calls requesting refills, so the average wait time is >45 minutes. The whole process was ridged with no thought given to how refill requests to physician offices could be reasonably processed. Hopefully, it will be addressed before the staff at the pharmacy all quit in frustration.
