App is buggy and unreliable. Their support teams refuse to fix their product unless you have a minimum of 4 outages per day.
Loving the features of the app and the simplicity involved in my SIM set-up! The only addition that would make my experience 110% is an ability to view the amount of data I have left quickly (either through an IOS widget or a Home Screen feature).
The whole process of switching over to Aussiebroadband and mobile services was fairly seamless and the app is easy to use. Customer service was also a good experience, my problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with explanations easy to understand, very appreciative.
Easy to use and informative
Awesome app it lets me do everything without having to call anyone. Aussie broadband is by far the best isp out there fantastic customer support and they always have more then enough cvc for all there customers. Just hope one day will be like America with 6Gbps internet both up and down

All good I have mentioned it before several times now when looking at the detail usage you always need to scroll to the bottom of the screen to see you latest daily usage and totals. I really believe having the totals on the top then latest date display first followed by the earlier dates makes so much more sense. Why would you want to see the earlier dates first that is history. Anyway just my little gripe for what appears to be a minor display change.
Once again Aussie steps up to the plate when it comes to fixing a problem(not of their own making) Installing new network gear into new home and the 'simple’ installation became an extensive exercise. The hero this time round was Julia. Patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Having local legends dealing with our issues is great!! Keep hiring good people, it shows.
