Very poor and bad App. and disconnected all time, claims section was removed, How come!!!!!!

Takes 5 stars for the worst app I’ve ever used in my life.
Cant link my medical card with the app
I entered my data on the card zillion times still not appearing as linked with the app

Worst insurance company ever There is no customer service Bad and very weak coverage As for chronic treatments, they are stopped without warning. Why? Too many disadvantages They are not interested in finding solutions Very failed management La pire compagnie d'assurance de tous les temps Il n'y a pas de service client Couverture mauvaise et très faible Quant aux traitements chroniques, ils sont arrêtés sans prévenir. Pourquoi ? Trop d'inconvénients Ils ne sont pas intéressés à trouver des solutions Une gestion très ratée Die schlechteste Versicherungsgesellschaft aller Zeiten Es gibt keinen Kundenservice Schlechte und sehr schwache Abdeckung Chronische Behandlungen werden ohne Vorwarnung abgebrochen. Warum? Zu viele Nachteile Sie sind nicht daran interessiert, Lösungen zu finden Sehr gescheitertes Management اسواء شركة تأمين على الاطلاق لايوجد خدمة عملاء تغطية سيئة وضعيفة للغاية وبالنسبة للعلاجات المزمنة يتم ايقافها دون سابق انذار لماذا؟ مساوئ كثيرة جدا وغير مهتمين بايجاد حلول ادارة فاشلة جدا
