Платеж по iban внутри Украины идет больше 3 дней. Поддержка заверяет что это нормально, вот только во всех остальных банках это занимает 1-2 дня. Не рекомендую связываться никогда

Ужасный банк!
Постоянно какие-то ошибки переводов, деньги со счета пропадают, а сотрудники банка даже не могут объяснить где пропали деньги с баланса! Что это за поддержка такая? Пол дня ждать ответа, ужасный банк!

Жахливий банк! Постійно ведуться технічні роботи! Працівники не привітні!
Неможливо зареєструватись вже місяць!
Неможливо завершити реєстрацію. У версії IOS - вічно «технічні роботи», у андроід на етапі Дії не пускає далі. Тільки не пишіть про номер підтримки і ваших операторів - вони з квітня місяця лиш кажуть, що реєстрація онлайн недоступна і невідомо коли буде доступна. Ще й у хамській формі - розумію, чому, якщо їх це питають вже стільки часу
Не робоча реєстрація
Взагалі не працює реєстрація в додатку

Жахлива ергономіка, але то дрібниці. Виписка не працює. Після того, як в мене знялися гроші з рахунку за Google рекламу, я не можу нічого побачити, ані час транзакції, ані залишок. Лише тільки у сповіщеннях, прийшовши в окремий розділ. Всі транзакції чомусь відображається однаковим часом — 3:00. Ну і на прокинець, я просто не можу здійснити переказ на картку, тому що підтвердження лише тільки SMS кою, SMSки ходять нестабільно, не можу отримати смс, не можу здійснити переказ. Іншого не передбачено. Як дивовижно. update Змінив номер телефону на іншого оператора. Зміг здійснити тестовий платіж на свою ж картку моно банку, але, інформація в виписці не змінилася, баланс відображається такий самий як і до здійснення платежу. Побачити свій платіж можу лише зайшовши в окремий розділ платежі, і при цьому сам Платіж стоїть за часом чомусь о 20:00 коли я здійснив платіж о сімнадцятій. Отже, це питання схоже саме до розробників. Бо незрозуміло як у вас відбувається кешування, оновлення інформації, що за проблема у вас сервером чи ще щось.
