Need priority other than routine
Need priority other than routine.
Maintenance app
The ability to make requests a priority not just routine. More categories for the needed maintenance ex: sink or toilet. And more interactive!!

The site doesn’t let you make accurate maintenance requests. Luckily there is a description box so you can atleast give a rundown of the problem. Also it only has routine as an option what if it’s an urgent matter but not emergency worth but definitely higher priority then routine
Bathroom Repair
Came out w/in 48hrs. Repairs complete. No mess.
Easy to understand
Love how everything is with a touch of a button and all in one page.
Can’t make no heat a priority when wind chill is 9 degrees outside
Everything is listed as routine which is totally not okay just so you can show all calls on your maintenance work log as “routine“!
First time usage
This was my first time submitting a maintenance request. There aren’t enough drop down menu items for the different categories.
