網上退書冇人理，要自己硬食，客服收皮
字體太細
App 入面字體太細，希望有選項讓用戶自行調較字體的大小。謝謝！
沒貨都會扮有貨賣
8點睇到有貨 落完單收咗錢過咗6分鐘就話沒貨要退款 退款又要等21個工作天 完全唔建議幫襯 根本就係幫佢做免息貸款

Misleading emails/ messages
Received an email about “ 已完成配貨” with status updated to “ 已配貨”. Yet, when I went to the bookstore to pick up the books, the salesperson said the books haven’t been successfully delivered to their bookstore. Wasting my time!!! Please stop sending any misleading communications to customers.
垃圾, 即場在商務下載，根本收不到電郵證
絕不推薦使用，我連即場下載加入會員都收不到電郵認證，處理左跳足超過廿分鐘。浪費時間。仲話方便會員，我用正價買完書後已刪除APPs。如非必要，日後都唔會再在商務買書。體驗極差。

明明有D書出版咗好耐但都係無貨，我等咗好耐都未見有入貨，所以想買都冇得買，搞到有D書斷章無得睇
