App & website down from Friday afternoon until Monday am. Then following Wednesday 1st February, app & website down from evening until Thursday morning...it's after 09.00 and everything still down. Get yourself sorted, just do something...maybe hire new staff to sort out this fiasco

Unable to login for a week or so.

Love this app when I can get into it! Currently just seeing a black screen. Deleted and tried to re-install but still no joy…. Please sort this out…thanks

Just downloaded updated app to both my new iPad and old (3years ) iPhone works well on iPhone ..but no matter how many time I try on iPad all I get after tapping the app is a Black blank unresponsive square….sort it guys

Since the latest release (cosmetic changes only?) the app gets stuck on a black screen with a white line at the top. Sometimes I can get in but mostly not. What has happened?

App used to be intuitive and reliable prior to the recent update. The app now takes a lot longer to login and if you exit and re-open the window it displays your last login view without further authentication(balance etc), after 5 seconds it asks you to login once more. Sometimes, I’m unsure how these UX issues get through testing?. Once you’re in, it’s fine, but then it always was.

Unfortunately, the latest version does not appear to work on an iPhone 7: it just gives a blank black screen.

Very poor, it automatically updated to the new version and now I get a black screen on login!

Version 1 of this app was great. The login for version 2 is tortuous, clicking three times to get in seems unnecessary and wasn’t needed in the old version. And the data now takes far longer to download and display - and sometimes the graphics don’t display at all leaving grey place markers instead. That means closing the app and going through it all again. Not the improvement the update promised.

After the last update the app has now slowed down the login - with the introduction of a new page with a ‘Login’ CTA (with nothing else on the page !!!) and then on the next page you need to select ‘Face ID’. Please go straight to the login page and auto start Face ID so we can get into the app much quicker 👍🏻
