非常垃圾，完全唔user friendly,如果唔係公司保險用都唔會dl

This app requires login every time. However, it lags often and shows no response for a long time until you kill it. Then you need to log in again. Even if it’s running successfully, its function is limited. For example, search nearby doctors is always displaying no result, even though I stand in front of one of the clinics on the list. How nearby is necessary according for this function? Besides, it does not provide registration service, or even a link to the registration website provided by those institutions. What it offers is actually be found on the Bupa website. And I need not to log in several times within a minute to access it. So why is it necessary to download this app?
