Problème audio

Bonjour! Je suis un utilisateur de l’application MyCANAL sur iOS. J’ai un iPhone SE 2022, depuis ma migration vers iOS 16 quand j’utilise l’adaptateur Lightning AV numérique pour afficher les images sur la TV, il n’y a que l’image et pas d’audio uniquement quand j’utilise l’application MyCANAL.

Miss a jour impossible IOS 9.3.5 vieil iPad

Mycanal ne foncrionne plus, necessite une mise a jour, mais ce n'est pas possible. Ou telecharger l'ancienne version du programme?

Un léger problème

À chaque fois que, je veux regarder un programme en live il s’affiche sur mon écran « contenu bloqué ». Merci de bien vouloir résoudre ce problème sinon l’application reste très intéressante.

Annuler mon abonnement

J’ai payé ma souscription, mais suis incapable de voir quoique ce soit.
