Constantly crashing or doesn’t even open at all to let you log in the first place so I have to wait until I can get to a computer to log in, check balance, make payments. None of it is user friendly or well designed as many others have said. Considering canceling this card with my bank because this app is so inconvenient. Please, for the love of god, fix this app.
If you can actually pay your bill on this app I’d be surprised! I’ve never seen such a not-user friendly site.
App keeps telling my I failed to login but still alerts me when I make a purchase. I definitely have my correct password because I can access their website in safari. When I could login the balances displayed wrong 90% of the time
This App is trash. You can’t log in. Pay your balance conveniently. It’s just bad. It needs so much work.
Cannot login! It’s embarrassing that companies like this can’t even design a functional app in this day and age. It’s even more embarrassing that they release a non-functional, garbage app like this.
Crashes on opening, completely useless, Id like to pay my bill but cant. Update doesn't work any better, still crashes and I have to delete and redownload until finally it works and allows me to log in. Have to do this multiple times every month just to pay my bill.

I have downloaded this app about 5 times in past 2 days & it will not open on my phone. I click on it from my Home Screen, the green Icon with MyCard mobile will come up but that is all, wait about a minute, and it never opens, then goes back to my Home Screen where all other app are that open perfectly & actually work !!!! So I have DELETED it again for the 5th time‼️‼️‼️‼️I will not rate something even a 1star if it doesn’t work at all ‼️‼️‼️‼️
Perhaps the most pathetic excuse for a banking app…actually, I’m not sure if it is because it wouldn’t even let me log in. I can log in fine online but the app won’t accept my credentials. TCM should be ashamed and reconsider their purpose as a company.
This app installs and then continuously crashes. Don’t bother with it until there’s a new version.
