I should’ve read the reviews first. I did everything required to set this up, went out to eat and card was declined. Terrible service

Someone should sue these folks for making it so difficult to get access to your funds. If I didn’t know better I’d say it’s is intentional on the originating side so they can claim your leftover funds after 1 year.

Every time I open the app it fails to show the card I had added. You can’t add a card that you already added. There is zero support on the app. None. I’m at my wits end. I have no ability to see what balance remains on a virtual card I was issued.

As soon as I signed in, it said “cookie not found.” The whole reason I got involved with this app was so that I could collect $7.44 from a class action settlement. It’s not worth my time.

If I could get this app zero stars I would. I don’t know how it even received the two star rating it’s currently has. I received a virtual card, which makes you download an app just to add it to your Phone wallet, which is ridiculous because I’ve never had to do that with any other company. The only reason for this is because they want your data. To sell to third parties and when this company gets hacked, your information is just going to get out there. And the worst part is, after signing up the app has an internal server error and will not forward the information to my. Wallet. So I gave them my personal information for no reason.

Can’t get my money that’s OWED to me. It won’t let me sign in with all my CORRECT info. I guess I should’ve just opted for a check. I give up & deleted the stupid app!!!

I’m glad you finally fixed the ability to load more than one card, but now I can’t even get my second card to load into this terrible app. The website “myprepaidcenter.com” is probably one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. It logs me out so often, and then requires 2fa to relogin. A lot of button presses on there do absolutely nothing, like “show details,” most of the time it just minimizes the card and won’t show you the card details. I finally got into the card card page, but rvery time I go to “add to my wallet,” which for some dumb reason needs your app instead of being able to load directly into apple wallet, it takes me to the App Store and not your app. It keeps saying the app isn’t installed. How is there no way to manually add card numbers into this terrible app? All I want is to add these stupid prepaid cards to apple wallet so I can use them, but you make it so difficult. I’m not usually one to write reviews and complain, but this is awful. I’m baffled about how you’ve made something this simple so convoluted

Myprepaidcenter.com doesn’t work at all. When you hit add wallet on the website, nothing happens. Card also won’t add to apple wallet. Things are made to be very difficult.
