CAN’T SIGN IN FOR 4 WEEKS NOW
Can you guys fix your app please? Can’t sign in, keeps telling me “There was a server error”. Highly disappointed! Northwell needs to find another partnership. Your app sucks👎

Stopped working, won’t log in
This app stopped working for me, every time I try to log in now it just says “There was a server error”
Horrible app
This app only worked for me in the beginning of Jan 2024. It currently has not worked for months. I also cannot log onto the mobile website as it states I must use the app. Useless.
Buggy, low value
App gets caught in software do-loops and crashes. Does not make it easy or possible to obtain estimates for procedure costs. Mediocre UX.
Server issue
Always an error logging in. Nothing works.

Unavailable most of the time
Unable to access it when I needed it most. Always giving an error message because of their server.
Does not work well with iPhone.
Other than being able to sign in and accessing a copy of my ID card there isn’t much I can do on the app. Doesn’t allow me to open my EOBs. Sometimes it won’t even show my claims. When messaging support about your plan, I have never receive any follow up messages. The app just doesn’t seem to work well at all.
Terrible
Hard to navigate and not helpful with any information. Similar to the company actually. Worst insurance ever.
This app no longer works after new update. This is horrible because you can’t use the online webpage
