Don’t get me wrong I love the app and ui. It’s very easy to use and understand but I am person that would like my gate to open as soon as I am outside therefore I would like the developers to add the ability for shortcuts and widgets if they can fix that it would be five stars.

This has got to be the most frustrating and non-user friendly app I have ever used! It is very unstable, bombs out when changing certain commands and navigating through the options and setting up are confusing and illogical.

Am so in love with this phone remote. It makes my life easy . It came at the right time, left my keys at work didn’t know I would pass by my home and waaalllaaaa! Got access to my home because my phone is with me all the time…😉

Doesn’t work

The app says Action sent but the gate doesn’t open.

As the title says, it’s a working app that does what it is supposed to. Speed is excellent, especially when the MTN for life sim has comms! My customers are agricultural, and use it to alert for alarms for water control and power failures. The app notifications are a little too subtle for the purpose of waking someone up. Yes, we can use the sms notifications, but at 50c a go and current load shedding, it adds up. Could we have an option for personalized notifications tied to phone alerts?? Thanks for the solid app.

This is a very inconvenient app. You can’t access your devices easily, it’s a mess.

I’m switching off the system and the fence alarm is still on

The app works as it should. Love that it now works on Apple CarPlay so that’s a plus. The negative is the user interface is not great. Compared to the G-remote app that it replaced i must be honest and say i prefer the larger buttons and bolder colours of the G-Remote. Hopefully when the app is updated this will be improved on.

Works great, but I prefer the previous G-Remote for two reasons. The icons on the G-Remote are larger and can be customised with very distinctive colours. The new app looks very sleek, and you can customise the icons with colours, but the pastel colour scheme makes it difficult to identify the right “button” when you are “on-the-go”. And the icons are very small in comparison to G-Remote. Reason for this observation is because we have an entrance, exit and pedestrian gate buttons and we need to chose the right one very quickly when at the estate gates. The larger icons and distinctive colours helped with this. I hope this is constructive feedback. Otherwise it works great.
