Better use the web version
Very laggy and bad ui design. Probably there are some compatibility issues. I couldn't login for no reason, unable to login again just after registration, and keep showing the salesforce login page.

Never have I thought the app would look so low-end. Extremely bad looking UI design. Please improve the aesthetics and test out the app throughout various devices. First off the Cigna icon is stretched upon launching the app, already gave me a bad first impression. There shouldn’t be a photo background on the log in page where you enter your login credentials. And white text, not a good idea. At least make a solid colour (or semi transparent) box to block out the distracting background for a bit. Also please implement biometric authentication log in like it is 2022 already please keep up. The top right icons in the app are way too big. They are also not aligned properly with equal amount of space in-between. Both the bell and message icon are looking a lot bigger compared with the menu icon. Also the bell icon is pixelated while the other two are normal. The response time of the app is slow. Tapped a couple times before getting directed to a page. Really not a fan of the top bar/ photo image with white text on top of it. Whereas the text buttons on the bottom bar are a bit big and the way they are aligned don’t look good either. Personally I prefer the text size of the policy documents buttons. Those look way better. The huge orange bar at the bottom is a buzz kill. Overall I feel like the design was focusing too much on filling up the entire screen without much aesthetic value. Everything is too “in your face” and it is quite uncomfortable to look at. Really hope that there will be a new and improved design that is more user friendly and professional looking.

Worst app ever! app is super slow! Not user friendly! History of claim shows up after few days of submission or the claim is gone for no reason. Please hire a better programmer!
Suggested to improve the system performance, it is so annoying when almost every steps need to be loaded for the whole claim
Always keep loading and loading, took me half an hour to upload single document
First of all the interface is not user friendly, and also every page I go need to load…load…load…loading forever…. I’m sure Cigna can do better than this!!!

Poor interface, some buttons are not functioning, long loading time
first time registration. bounced while wanting to save the online chat conversation ( as I didn’t know how to show the policy details from the My Policy page). tried to login again with the newly created account and password but failed. tried to use ‘forget password’ but was halted at reCAPTCHA with error message ‘unsupported browser’. However was able to login with the same account and password through the web! WHAT AN APP!!! What a bad user experience right at the beginning!
