Great content but fails too often
The courses are great and really useful. So for content it deserves 5 stars but you waste so much time trying log in and you end up having reinstall Very frustrating

Using the app for CPD has bugs
Again using the App for CPD not working again and same issue. CPD material doesn’t load and issues with format on Apple products
Seldom seems to work
Very buggy. Works for a while then get error messages on opening.
Clean interface but bugs with video content
The app looks and feels great, the only downside I have experienced is the video content on CISI being very intermittent. The video will start then you lose the video image.
Doesn’t load
4 days before my exam and none of the revision modules have loaded for around a week now
Decent when working
Makes doing professional refresher courses much more efficient, but breaks far too often. Will frequently get two spinning wheels and I’ll have to do the professional refresher on a different device.
Pretty good, when it works
Great system, especially for doing professional refreshers for CPD. It’s quite buggy though.
