The app refuses to stay connected to equipment even when your phone is sitting on the equipment. Take photos of your workouts and import them elsewhere because this app will lose your data and you can’t manually enter information. Just set your fitness watch to row and watch something else on your phone until the goal setting on your equipment beeps. App isn’t worth the hassel of an additional tracker. Good equipment though, but if you got the bluetooth equipment and downloaded the app with hopes to track, you’ll be disappointed. I’ll update the review if the content library proves to be useful.

I joined, barely get used (wasn’t what I expected). Got notice that my free trial was going to end months ago. I’ve been trying to delete my account ever since to no avail. I follow the instructions and hit “unsubscribe” and yet nothing happens. They just keep billing. Phone number is no longer connected. Sending emails and letters to the only addresses in the teens and conditions. Hope I get relief soon. STAY AWAY!

Bring back cycling world tours. Used the app and took a break. Came back and the world tours are no longer anywhere to be found. This is how I was able to get my long rides in, plus loved cycling through other countries!

Unable to view any of the videos / connect & train despite having a paid subscription. The app keeps asking me to subscribe everytime I try to open a video. There is also no way to reach customer care. Just paid for multiple months without being able to use the app - tried everything like reinstalling , recreating profile etc.

Had my equipment since May. Went to use my machine yesterday to find I was inexplicably signed out. Signed back in but it was as if I was a new user. Only shows workouts from this month. Extremely disheartening to lose all that information on this app. Thankfully the history is still in my Health app, but I can’t export it like I can with the myCloudFitness app. Customer service is nonexistent. I’m hoping against hope that someone from MyCloudFitness will respond and help restore my workout history. Truly frustrating. Otherwise, it’s an OK app. The interface is nice. The data displayed on the console(calories burned, HR, etc.) doesn’t always sync with the app. Haven’t tried to play any of the videos.

I’ve had my rower since March or 2021 and I love it! Recently I had problems with the app showing errors when I went to pull up videos but the basic workout worked. There was an update that I downloaded and now I can play videos but do not see where I access my playlist. I can add videos to playlist but can’t locate playlist…just has browse at the top. Try to filter and that says no result. Now looking at my reports it all reads basic workout but they aren’t. I like to keep a record of which workouts I am using and when so I can change them up, but if they all read basic, I am not able to do that. My biggest frustration is when I tried to look for customers support all it does is give a fact page but no phone number or email or chat. So the three stars is because if there are issues, there is no easy way to get a hold of somebody for answers. Other than that, I love the machine, and I love the videos!

After latest update from last week, some of the in app workouts and all of the “World Tour” options disappeared 🫤 and have to restart log out and log back in every time i want to connect my rower or bike

My scale has always had a pairing issue. It always says it can’t be detected and I’ve tried with multiple phones and nothing. I bought it to keep a digital record of my progress. A waste.

I went to ride yesterday and the World Tour would not load. Everything else works just fine. I have enjoyed this App, I hope it can start working correctly. I really do love this program but if I can’t use the World Tour part I will have to cancel it. I changed to 1 star, because of the World Tour not working , I will cancel this App in a few weeks if it is not fixed.

I have been charged 3 times for my “free year” of the app. It’s not showing I have a subscription anywhere so I can’t cancel it. Can’t get a hold of customer support after numerous emails to them. So frustrating
