There isn't coverage for Charlotte. Not sure why they released an app when it doesn't even work yet. If you try to click "Follow" CMPD, it gives an error message.

Got a new phone and forgot password. Tried to reset. However after following all the password rules and redid the password it would not highlight the arrow to submit. It just gets stuck on set new password and will not go forward. I’m an officer with CMPD and now can’t use the app. There is absolutely no support to resolve the situation. Great app on the old phone, but not able to use it on the new phone. 1 star

I installed and loved the app. Interface is very nice and it provides a very useful info, but... they collect too much personal data. I decided to reread again how my information/data is used and am not happy. It’s on of those apps, who allows them use you personal data and sell it to third parties per their discretion if they choose so. I do not agree with that... plus they are heavily collecting my info including my location and what websites I am using and etc. Uninstalled now...

Do not download this app if you value your privacy. CMPD should not use an app platform that harvests user data for profit.

What a wealth of information here. Well done! Would love to be able to filter the map and incidents by time frame. Maybe a shortcut button right on the map to report an incident as well.
