I recently updated to the new app but it won’t open on my phone. Very disappointed

Now I can see who charged my credit card

The Look Who’s Charging update is the best thing I’ve seen on any banking app. I had a look at a credit card transaction I didn’t recognise and immediately saw the name, description and contact details of the company, which helped me confirm it was legitimate. I still want to see the colours fixed so loan balances aren’t showing as the hard to read white on yellow, but I’ve been told this will be fixed soon. Meanwhile kudos on this latest update, and I would respectfully advise those having issues with the app closing down that it’s more likely to be a device issue than an app issue. This app has saved me a few phone calls querying balances, charges, interest rates and withdrawal or transfer limits and the layout is very good. Easy to navigate. The only other thing I’d like to see is an easy way to delete BPAY and Pay Someone details. Many of these are now obsolete but I can’t see a way to remove them.

Crash!!!!

I can't even open the app anymore at all!!! It just crashes. My guess is you apologise for the inconvenience, well apologising didn't help the last few people nor will it help me, how about fixing it! The Coastline credit union is the last bank anyone should choose if you require the convenience of an app. I haven't been able to pay bills or get a balance in a couple of months! You have about one more month to get your app working or I'm moving to Westpac, I believe their app works fine.

Crashing since recent update: support link=blank page

I’ve had no issues with this app until the recent update in Dec 2019. Will now crash after loading on my iPhone, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting iPhone etc. Developer and app support links lead to a blank page. Help!
