Can’t sign up
The app immediately takes me to the log in and there is not a sign up option.
The Arabic translation is bad
You need to work on Arabic version of the app. It’s very bad you need to update it and fix the translations. This is very surprising that an app from Saudi Aramco is this bad in Arabic

I Can’t Make A New Account
The app immediately takes me to the log in page with no sign up options, I still have not created an account for my iqama so I have no password.
Why I can’t change the Language
No Arabic language, really??

Urgent Fix Needed for Password Recovery
I attempted to restore my password, but I was unable to do so. When I entered my ID number, I received an error message stating that the national ID is incorrect. As an Aramco employee, I expect this feature to work properly. I urge the app developers to address this issue as soon as possible.
