I can’t log in. Password recover and username recovery do not work. I can’t see my bill. If I call in I sit on hold for varying lengths of time before being hung up on.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. It won’t let me log in and keeps telling me my username and password don’t match but when I type it in on the website everything works. Very disappointed.

I have reset my password 3 times today and every time I log into the app with the exact same password it tells me to review username and password. I can log in via the internet with the same username and password just fine. It is really irritating to have to deal with. Plus they charge a $1.75 convenience fee to pay online.

Downloaded this app to pay my bill easier. It asks for username and password but says incorrect. Even reset password. Still incorrect. Why have an app if it doesn’t work? Just another headache. Please just take my $$$

Every time I try to login to the app it tells me the user login and or password is incorrect. I’ve tried resetting my password and still the same problems. It may work one day, then it won’t work for 28 days. This app is horrible and it needs updated and fixed ASAP. I’ve also tried to see if there are updates for it and there isn’t.

Unless you wish to pay a bill, this app is useless and it may be useless even in that use case. There’s no billing history, no usage history, etc. In addition, when I registered using the cust # and acct # on my current bill for an address I have lived at for 15 years, it showed an apartment address from more than 15 years ago, including a “null” address, which is a database term for “no data exists.” Check out the electric company app for a standard to which you might aspire.

I have tried using this ap for 2 months now and it won’t log me in… wrong Id /password.. have reset password 10times!! More of a headache then a help!!!

Is there an update available for this app yet? It’s not that user friendly.

It took 12 hours before I got my confirmation email to login. The app is very sensitive to typos (I had a space after my name and it kept coming up INVALID, once I backspaced the space, it proceeded.) Plus, there's a $1.75 processing fee....I'll pay the 50 cents for a stamp, thank you.

I didn’t have a bit of trouble signing in or paying my bill. Pretty cool that they offer an app, most water companies don’t.
