The most frustrating app ever!!! Still stuck in early 2010 GPRS speed. Lagging & painstakingly slow
Horrible experience for the users, Extremely slow and time consuming interface! Unproductive and agonising app. Not RECOMMENDED!
Terrible in every way
Every time i want to do something the app gets stuck and to add to that sometimes it wont load for days definitely prefer other networks (specially hutch) with a better UI app and obviously better rates at everything dialog is super expensive dont mind if i get a good service for the price all in all the service is dog-worth and the price too.
Worst app in Sri Lanka
Every time it’s loading, Can’t check Data balance or bill. Most of the time it’s saying Something went wrong, Try again… Disappointed.
Slow and crashes
This app is so difficult to work with. It lags and crashes and I can’t even put a reload during an emergency. It’s so slow and takes forever to load

My offers section doesn’t work for my number and at the moment app doesn’t work.!!!

Not recommended for all users. This app doesn't work properly. Do brainless developers work at a company like this? Very disappointing.
App Performance and Stability Issues
This app is too slow and has a lot of performance issues. The developers building this app should be aware of these performance issues. Content doesn’t load properly, and sudden app crashes are some of the issues I’m facing while using this app.
