Unable to register no matter how many times i have tried. The worst was the last step of having to place the face in the frame. I held the phone for so long, hands were stable and yet it always failed or end up with "Ralat". I have tried with different background, lighting, etc. Apparently this good-for-nothing pariah app is itself the problem. Is this how the govt manages the tax payers' money? No accountability, no sense of responsibility. Does the govt and the software vendor not even test the app diligently as part of the quality assurance and procurement SOP before launching the app? If the app is not being developed and launched with diligence, the security will be very very questionable.

Please allow the function to re-create the digital ID online after change of phone. It’s soo not user friendly and convenience if u forgot to deactivate the old DiD in your old phone

This app is highly disappointing. Not only is it laggy and riddled with bugs, but it also lacks basic functionality, such as an English language option. While Malay is fine, not everyone is fluent in it, and for an app that likely required significant investment to develop, it’s shocking that such a fundamental feature is missing. On top of my concerns about potential data leaks, this issue makes the overall experience even worse.

Don’t what kind of lousy app. After scanned ID and face, and successfully accepted, but ask me to “Imbas QR”. Where to scan QR?

Keep failing kyc no matter what i do. Have had successful kyc with other bank/payment apps before. This one is pure rubbish

Berjam2 cuba ambil gambar ic depan belakang dan muka dalam frame tapi sentiasa sangkut, tak lepas. Tak pernah alami apps lain untuk cam muka sebegitu payah macam apps ni. Tolonglah buat kerja dengan betul. Gaji dah makin tinggi jadi tingkatkanlah kualiti kerja.

Apps paling bodoh pernah dibuat mungkin tengah isap gam sambil buat kerja..benda paling simple utk register jadi susah ..sngt memalukan ..dh nk masok 2025..apps mcm ni pon tak bole nk handle..daftar online sepatutnya memudahkan pengguna ni menyusahkan ..daftar nk kna prgi kiosk taelive wtfff..amat2 mngecewakan sekali
