Get there fast with bus, train and myDVGTicket!
With the free myDVGTicket app, you can buy tickets via the app, search for connections and view journey times in real time.
Plan your trip:
- Use GPS to find the nearest stops in your area.
- Save your default routes and favorite stops by simply clicking on the star, and they will always be displayed first
- Select the date and your desired time for departure or arrival
- Determine what is important to you: best route, few transfers or short walking distance
Buy tickets:
- You will no longer be redirected to another app, but can book and buy your tickets directly in the app - exclusive smartphone tickets such as the 10Ticket, 7-DayTicket, 30-DayTicket or HappyHourTicket are also available here
- You want to buy tickets and already have a Cubic account?
Then you only need to log in, no new registration is necessary!
- If not, register, choose from the payment options credit card, SEPA direct debit or prepayment and off you go!
Keep an eye on departures, detours and traffic disruptions:
- Select a stop under "Departures" and you will receive a list of all departures in real time.
- Under "News" you will also find a list of all detours, stop relocations and traffic disruptions.

Aber Wo ist das 9€ Ticket?
Tut was sie soll… stark ausbaufähig
Im Prinzip macht die App was sie soll. Auskunft der Fahrzeiten klappt sehr gut, wenn traditionell nicht die DVG einem Phantasie Fahrplan vertreiben würde. 5min +/- sind an der Tagesordnung und noch das beste was einem passieren kann. Dann kommt der Knaller. Mehrfahrten Ticket gekauft, 6 von 10 benutzt. Nach 2 Wochen sind die verbliebenen Fahrten verschwunden. Der Support hat mittlerweile reagiert da ich selber im Kundencenter war. Scheinbar ist das System so neu das man noch gar nicht genau weiß wie und was da los ist. Erstattet habe ich kulanter Weise das komplette 10er Ticket (dafür ein großes Dankeschön!). Leider ist mein 4er Ticket 2 Wochen später auch verschwunden. Also auf jedenfall muss an dem Ticket System noch einiges getan werden.
