Worst Courier Service so far
No attempt to deliver but tagged as failed delivery, twice. Then they decided to just send it back to the sender. Highly discourage using this courier service. Just use others.
KAKA STRESS!!!
March 2023 may parcel ako na dumating pala and di ko alam kasi wala namang pumunta na driver sa location namin and walang tumawag at dahil 3 attempt na daw ginawa, they conclude FAILED TO DELIVER. After the incident, nag request ako for redelivery. SAME SCENARIO pa rin nangyari. Month of July dumating parcel ko pero walang dumating sa bahay namin kahit tawag wala. At nakatanggap nalang ako ng email na FAILED TO DELIVERY DUE TO UNKNOWN PERSON. For the third time na nag request ako ng redelivery, nag request ako ng SPECIAL INSTRUCTION upon delivery pero ang sinabi sa akin hindi daw pwede SO ANO PAULI ULIT NALANG SA PROBLEMA??? PINAKA PANGIT NA COURIER SERVICES NA ALAM KO
POOR SERVICE
NO CALL OR TEXT FROM THE RIDER OR DELIVERY MAN, DID NOT GIVE ANY CONTACT DETAILS FOR FOLLOW UP. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Disappointing. Poor Customer Service
Your delivery guys are not good at directions. No call was received but your delivery guy kept saying na tumawag siya. Then he will tag the delivery attemp as unsuccessful. Di hinahanap ng maayos yung location ng address. Di tumawag to confirm sa area niya yung walang signal pero sinasabi niya ako daw hindi matawagan. Very incompetent staffs. Even the customer service is unreliable and dishonest. Wala daw contact details ko yung rider kaya di makatawag.
