The app is great when it works. Unfortunately, that’s probably less than a third of the time. The answer from support is always to just use the web. That defeats the purpose of having this app.

It won’t remember your password and constantly logs out. Hate it

I had been getting text notifications as I requested on my app. All of a sudden it stops working and although you call the support team 3 times all they do is update your notification preferences which I had done many times with no change. There is no help from Enverna & they just assume it’s a you problem although the program had been working fine and is now not. I somehow managed to get a notification at 3am when my son arrived but not any other time since June 15th and the company doesn’t seem to be able to help fix their own problem.

The gates are broken or open so often I’ve started keeping a track so I can make a formal complaint. Customer service is very poor. Security is a joke.

No contact number can be found. Session times out before I can do anything.

Our front entrance gate is constantly out of order. And it is not consistent at reading license plates even when the car and license information has been entered in your app multiple times! It is very frustrating for us and our guests. Please have this corrected as soon as possible Thank you

I moved to a beautiful big house about a month ago, and I started using this app and with time I’ve noticed that the people that I’ve added it kept disappearing. I added my mom and sister and the gate still calls me to get permission. Very annoying!

Times out constantly. Can’t update visitors. Have to go to website. Also the biometric login disengages more than half the time saying it’s not support. App is useless.

Send wrong names thru. Hard to get through to your own house in an Uber. Long waits at times. Lots of problems with this company

Worked well for a few weeks. Now locks up and crashes. Customer support is clueless.
